Dinner,
for one.

Find a meal for one using what's already in your fridge.

Cooking for yourself shouldn't mean cooking for a family.

The average UK solo dweller spends over £200 a month on takeaway. A week of home-cooked meals costs £30. SoloCook tracks the meals you cook and shows your savings in pounds.
What's in the app

Three ways to make dinner easier.

1

The fridge filter.

Choose the ingredients you have to filter the 115,000-recipe catalogue. See what you can cook now and which recipes need just one more ingredient.

2

Scales for one.

Switch between "just me" and "me + one" with a tap. Quantities, kcal and cooking time adjust to the portion you choose.

3

A quiet streak.

Each meal you cook adds the cost of a takeaway to the counter on Home. You can share your progress to Stories.

Quietly, by default

No account. No server.

SoloCook runs entirely on your phone. No analytics. No login. No friends list. No pings. If you delete the app, everything's gone.
